Once gain I took part in the York Rotary Club Dragon Boat Race with the team from Tadcaster Community Swimming Pool – ‘The Tadcaster Trojans’. We were the overall winners in 2022 and were defending our title, however despite winning all our heats with ease and getting the fastest course time of the day, we were pipped at the post into 4th place. We will be back.
All in all an very enjoyable day out on the Ouse and the rain stayed away.
