Training has been going well over the winter months under the guidance of my new Coach, Carrine Green from Carrine Green Performance Coaching, who has been keeping me busy and focused.
My first triathlon of the season is Harrogate at the end of April followed by my home sprint triathlon in Tadcaster at the beginning of May.
My first Age Group Qualifier race is mid May in Southport, followed by a trip to Portugal in June to compete in the GBR Age Group European Aquathlon Championships, which I am very excited about.
