In November I was lucky enough to attend the Evolve Swim Smooth Training Camp in Lanzarote and get some amazing training done in the warm sun. Lots of swims, runs and an amazing bike ride to the top of Fire Mountain and back. Thanks to Morgan and Bev at Evolve Endurance for an amazing 7 days.
