On Sunday 12th June I took part in the AJ Bell Leeds Triathlon, my second year competing in this event and once again doing the Standard Distance. I felt much stronger than last year, my swim felt good and it was a PB for me at 1500m, the bike was faster than last year despite a chain malfunction and the run felt strong despite the heat and hilly course. Once again a great event and a very enjoyable day.
Am thrilled to announce that I have qualified for the 2023 GB Under 20 Age Group team for this event.
