My second sprint triathlon of the season was at my home swimming pool in Tadcaster where I work as a Lifeguard and Swimming Teacher. Thankfully the weather was kinder than the last outing and the swim, bike, run and transitions all went without a hitch. Lots of encouragement from my work colleagues helped, even though I did splash them whilst tumble turning in the pool.
Happy with my time, second in my age group and 11th place overall.
