My first time competing in this event held at the Axholme Academy near Scunthorpe, and a nice warm up event before World Championships in Pontevedra in two weeks. First out of the swim and fastest swimmer overall, flat but challenging bike and run course on the local roads. It was a very hot day but I managed 1st place in the under 20 age group and 6th overall.
Next stop Spain.
